05-14-2015 - The Realtors Commercial Alliance to host a marketing session on May 14
AUBURN, MA The Realtors Commercial Alliance is holding a marketing session on May 14 at the Worcester Regional Assn. of Realtors (492 Washington St.) from 10am to 3pm. The free CEU class, RE33RC11: Quadrennial Ethics, will be held from 10am to 12:30. The presenter will be Peter West, CCIM, ABR CRS, SEC. He is a speaker at real estate events all over North America and was formerly the national sales trainer for Century 21 Real Estate Corp. He is a principal of Bishop & West Team. He currently serves as vice chairman of the Adams, Mass. Zoning Board of Appeals.
The event is free and is sponsored by Exchange Authority Qualified 1031 Intermediaries. Lunch is sponsored by BayState Savings Bank.
NAR requires Realtor members to complete Code of Ethics training. The next deadline for completion is Dec. 31, 2016.
