09-24-2014 - RCA Central Region to host marketing session on September 24
The Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) Central Region is holding a marketing session on September 24 at the Worcester Regional Assn. of Realtors offices, 492 Washington St. from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Also from 9 - 11 a.m. a free CEU Class - RE69C11: Commercial Brokerage: The Lease Offer/ Basics of a Lease will be presented by Peter West, Realtor. West has been a Realtor since 1984. He is licensed in Mass., N.Y., Vt. and Fla. He has been awarded the SEC designation from the Society of Exchange Counselors. He also has the CCIM, ABR, and CRS designations.
This is a no cost event and luncheon included. Lunch and special guest speaker: Ashley Stolba, MAR associate legal counsel Legislative Update for Commercial Practitioners
