11-17-2013 - Holmes of Nitsch Engineering to speak at ASLA
On November 17, Nicole Holmes, PE, LEED AP BD+C, of Nitsch Engineering will team up with Laura Solano and Robert Rock from Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates to present Sustainable Drainage: The Intersection of Performance & Experience in the Landscapeat the ASLA Annual Meeting. Together, they will look at projects that show the possibilities for creative overlap between landscape design and civil engineering. The case studies will demonstrate how to combine function with aesthetics to create sustainable drainage strategies that conserve resources while also supporting the human experience.
