11-unit Inn sold by Steven Lang to Steve & Helen Milewski Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. brokers sale of Spring Garden Inn

Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. completed the sale of Spring Garden Inn. The 11 unit inn that sits on the marsh at Scorton Creek was previously owned by Steven Lang of East Brunswick, N.J., who bought the property in 2012 as a 1031 exchange after selling the Seatoller Shopping Center in Eastham. The new owners, Steve and Helen Milewski, owned and operated the Holiday Inn in Truro for 15 years, moved away and are now returning to the Cape to become inn keepers once again. "We fell in love with the beautiful setting along the marsh and surrounding area", said the Milewskis, who moved back to the Cape to be nearer their two lobstermen sons, both of Provincetown. Gil Owren, broker at Commercial Realty Advisors, facilitated the sale. Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. was established on Cape Cod in 1999 and now represents properties throughout New England in all areas concerning mergers and acquisitions, business brokerage and investment.
