Respondent’s Name: John Curtis Company: Curtis Construction Co. What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? Our most notable win is 367 Harvard St., a multi-unit private project in the heart of Cambridge. Our most notable completion was Bishop Allen Apartments, also in Cambridge, for Just-A-Start. This was a gut rehab historic preservation project with focus on updating the buildings’ energy efficiency. Our most significant corporate accomplishment is the purchase of our own new headquarters in Stoughton. We occupy in January 2016. All in all, it’s been a great year, with more challenging projects, but with the same dedication to quality and relationship-building that has made us successful for 17 years.
