Respondent’s Name: Michael Cannistraro Company: Cannistraro What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? In 2015 I earned my Certified Energy Manager accreditation. It’s an important designation that will provide value as the company expands its portfolio of energy upgrade projects. What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? In our company’s Energy Group, our most recent project is the Massachusetts State Lab project in Jamaica Plain. We’re just getting started, but we’re excited to collaborate with the Commonwealth and our project partners on a comprehensive energy efficiency project. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? The Boston area has been fortunate to see tremendous growth in commercial real estate recently. I’m optimistic that this trend will continue in the coming year with increased opportunity for collaboration through design-assist, design-build and IPD opportunities.
