The need for affordable housing in the city of Boston and the surrounding metropolitan areas will need to be addressed in order to sustain the growth also, public transportation and infrastructure will need to improve in order to service the new growth. Finally, older properties, both residential and commercial will need to adapt new technologies in order to be hold the line on cost and stay relevant.
