What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? The steady growth of the company and the expansion into four new markets. What are you predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? If interest rates remain low, the market should remain robust. The need for affordable housing in the city of Boston and the surrounding metropolitan areas will need to be addressed in order to sustain the growth also, public transportation and infrastructure will need to improve in order to service the new growth. Finally, older properties, both residential and commercial will need to adapt new technologies in order to be hold the line on cost and stay relevant. Communication and planning and problem solving will be essential to a smooth transition in to the next cycle.
