2017 Annual Review: Greg Minott of DREAM Collaborative

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2017?  Having our design selected for a pilot Housing Innovation Competition by the Mayor’s Housing Innovation Lab, Department of Neighborhood Development, Garrison Trotter Neighborhood Association, and Boston Society of Architects was our most notable accomplishment for 2017. This pioneering effort allows us to serve as both designer and developer to help address rising housing prices and provide alternative housing options in the City. Our sustainable design will transform a vacant parcel in Roxbury into an accessibly-priced multi-family development capable of supporting multi-generational living arrangements and also serve as a prototype for future ventures in compact and affordable residential development throughout Boston.
