2017 Annual Review: P.T. Vineburgh of Charlesgate Realty Group

What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2017? I would say selling out a Cambridge condo project and leasing up 80 units in Brighton, and 50 in Lynn and all at area record pricing and ALL 3 projects 100% absorbed pre-certificate of occupancy (CO), made us very proud.

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2017? Hard to pinpoint one, as we had some great projects and clients, so I would say securing assignments on 10 projects encompassing over 300 units with 9 different developers was very notable for us.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2018? I think the market will continue to be strong on the multi family front, with some moderate softening on the apartment side and continued growth, albeit tempered, on the condo side.
