What real estate associations or organizations are you a member of: RHA and NAA
How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career: There are people who have the innate ability to think strategically and lead others. I am not one of these people. I had to get there (and continue to get there) through experience. This means I made, and continue to make, a lot of mistakes along the way. The good news about making mistakes is that how we respond is the “yellow brick road” to success both personally and professionally. Learning to effectively navigate obstacles ends up, then, a function mostly of experience but also open-mindedness and self-awareness.
What do you do for fun: Fun is last minute and unplanned adventures with my kids. We take off and see where the day takes us.
