What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
Repositioning of a 210,000 s/f mixed-use office and retail building in Cranston, Rhode Island.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019?
The most notable project was opening of the 134,000 s/f indoor sports complex for the Boston Sports Institute. This multi-use recreation center consists of two NHL regulation rinks, indoor turf fields, two swimming pools, and fitness studios.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
For 2020, we expect the pace of activity for new projects to remain as strong as 2019.
