What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
Doubling the number of transactions in 2019 vs 2018.

What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019?
The most notable deal was the sale of 33 Sword St., Auburn, Mass. The property is a 75,000 s/f building that closed in January 2019 for $4.45 million ($59 per s/f) and took 15 months from start to finish.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
It has been and will continue to be a seller’s market – nobody who sells real estate of any kind in 2019 / 2020 is going to look back and wish they hadn’t sold.
