What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
This past year has been momentous. We’ve added a number of seasoned brokers to handle the influx of new business as a result of the flight of existing operators who’ve given up with the onerous, new gov’t regulations and Gov. Baker’s GRAND BARGAIN. Severe competition for the consumers, severe competition for employees, and the additional cost of operating when shifting from in-house drivers to 3rd party delivery services.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
The bubble keeps growing. As long as the Trump machine keeps taxes low, the stock market at record levels, and unemployment low, the euphoria of success across most markets will ensure a strong commercial market. There’s plenty of domestic and foreign money flowing, non-stop, into the various commercial sectors.
