
Who or what inspired you to join the construction industry? Growing up, I was always somehow involved in construction. My dad worked as a contractor for many years and my mom was a state inspector. I think I was about 14 when I decided to be an engineer. We went on a family trip to a new resort in Punta Cana and my uncle, who lived there and was part of the design and construction team for the resort, showed me a set of plans for it. To me, it was fascinating that someone could create something so impactful by starting off with just a set of plans, and I knew I wanted to be a part of that.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
