What was the most difficult part of working during the pandemic of 2020? The most challenging part of 2020 is that I’ve had to pivot a huge aspect of my role. Business development generally involves a lot of personal interaction with clients and industry partners. In the absence of events and in-person meetings, the whole approach to business development has had to shift. After this is over, I look forward to getting back into the swing of in-person events.
What aspects of working from home have you enjoyed most? Not having to blow dry my hair, reclaiming my commute time, and being home every night to put my kids to bed since there are no evening networking events to attend.
