What was the most difficult part of working during the pandemic of 2020? Meeting new clients while wearing a mask inhibited my ability to communicate effectively. 

What aspects of working from home have you enjoyed most? I’ve worked from home much more since 2007 when I sold my commercial real estate company. I work from homes in Framingham, Cape Cod and FLA and do my best work without distractions and plenty of sunshine year round.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2020? The most notable sale was a Framingham, MA 800kW Solar Farm for $1.95 million. It was interesting to learn about the solar industry. The investment generated more interest when COVID hit due to it being an investment not tied to anything that was impacted by Covid.
