Which project/deal was the “game-changer” in the advancement of your career? My first big deal was selling The Hyannis Port Brewing Company back in 1996. It was a complex deal that exposed me to many of the challenges that we encounter every day in the business. The seller of the project, is still a loyal client that recently retained my firm to sell an industrial parcel of land for $850,000.
How do you contribute to your community or your profession? Previous board positions and contributions to civic associations throughout the Cape & Islands. After 27 years in the business, I’ve experienced so many situations both personally and professionally that require compassion and understanding. It’s important to me to pay it forward and mentor young and emerging talent through valuable internships to rising collegiate students whom have an interest in real estate.
