What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? It is important to understand how your personal development goals align with your organizations’ objectives. This will help you appreciate how your day-to-day work is making an impact and motivate you to make suggestions and implement changes to align with the goals of the organization. Take note of specific goals outside of your direct role and learn the various aspects of the industry to realize your full potential. In an evolving industry, we should always be listening and learning from those around us and working together towards a common goal.
