In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In this past year Bulfinch implemented an entirely new accounting and reporting platform for the company. Rolling out new technology can be challenging but seeing a project through to the end and watching it flourish is so rewarding. The system is touched by everyone in our company, increasing efficiency and collaboration across departments. The ability to work with each department provides more opportunity to learn and gain insights from team members that I would not have had otherwise.

Who is a woman leader you find to be inspiring and why? I’m sure this has been said millions of times before and will be said as many if not more after but Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She blazed a path for women at a time that many didn’t even know that having a career was an option. She shaped and fought for laws that give women equal opportunities to this day. Her legacy is not just about her career it was about what a difference she made outside of the court.
