Best advice for new leaders in 10 words or less: Don’t solve the problem for them, help them come to the conclusions. 

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The property that was most recently published in NEREJ 350 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, Mass. 

What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? Making the sacrifices that it takes to start-up a company and have it grow, but I had the vision that it would work and that I would accomplish it. Vision and mindset is the key.
