2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Aaron Rosenberg, Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green

Aaron Rosenberg
Shareholder
Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green

Number of years at firm: 4

One thing on my bucket list: Travel to Japan.

When I am not working, I am: Playing guitar, watching baseball or basketball, or attending a concert or comedy show.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am currently representing a property developer in litigation against a town that purported to terminate a purchase and sale agreement it had signed with my client relating to a historic town property. We recently successfully appealed the trial court’s dismissal of our claims, meaning that the case will now proceed in the trial court and we will be able to continue to enforce our client’s rights under the negotiated agreement.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?
“Aaron is an outstanding attorney who focuses on the small details without missing the big picture. He is organized, detailed, meticulous, and dedicated to working as hard as is required for excellence. He is a rare “five-tool” attorney who is excellent in: research, writing, analysis, oral advocacy, and client relations.” - Charles Waters, Shareholder at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green
