What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of our work at The Landing at Everett Mills located at 15 Union St. in Lawrence, Mass. We are investing significant capital to create a transformational mixed-use campus at the heart of downtown, supporting economic development and invigorating the community. Since we acquired the Landing in 2019, we have leased about 300,000 s/f of commercial space ranging from Fortune 500 company Nexamp, Inc. to local businesses. I am leading the efforts on multiple capital projects to improve the property including parking lot development, restaurant expansions, and wayfinding. We feel fortunate to be a part of the Lawrence community.
