How has CREW Boston helped your professional development? There were no women in my organization or on our design/construction teams when I started in the industry. Joining CREW Boston gave me a way to build a supportive network of women from all areas of the CRE industry. I continue to benefit from the strong relationships I’ve developed through CREW Boston whether through honest feedback, introductions to opportunities or experiencing different perspectives and communication styles. I have learned something new and met someone new at every CREW Boston event I have attended. I appreciate it’s difficult to carve out time to build a network. It’s never to late to start.
