Who is a woman leader you find to be inspiring and what qualities do they possess that inspire you? I was lucky to have spent a few years working with Claudia Piper. She showed me that not only is she highly successful in her day job, she takes the time and energy to give a hand up to other women behind her, through formal and informal mentorship, and through involvement with organizations like CREW. Since then, I’ve been doing my best to follow her example and pay it forward when I can.
