What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

My greatest professional accomplishment this year was definitely joining Vantage Builders as a project executive. What’s impressed me at Vantage has been the team. We have an excellent core of employees who are hardworking, great to work with and committed to our clients and the company.

How has your career path changed in 2023?

My career path took an exciting turn this year when I joined Vantage Builders. The firm’s size allows us the ability to really get to know each of our clients, as well as each other at the firm. I’ve learned in my career that no matter the project or the client, the team component is critical. You need to develop strong working relationships to get the project done successfully.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024?

Vantage Builders will be in growth mode during 2024. So attracting, hiring and retaining the best employees will continue to be super important for us this year. Vantage provides excellent mentoring and career development, which are critical keys to success in cultivating the best team.
