What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 

I am proud of my role in development projects, whether creating affordable, work-force or market-rate multi-family housing, or supporting a revitalization project that serves the community. My work to secure financing and incentives makes clients’ vision a reality. My experience on all sides of the deal positions me to advise on every aspect of complex transactions to handle deal structuring, financing and tax credits and navigating the real estate issues to close the deal.
