What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? 

One particular client had one building, which was his retirement. Prior to marketing we found over 20 open permits due to renovations, which he said were closed. Due to his health, he would have been unable to get closed. I took it upon myself to get these closed out, contacting contractors and working with the building department to resolve everything. After months of effort, I got the permits closed as well as delivered a great sale price for him, in which he was thrilled. We give 110% to every client, in every transaction.
