2024 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Peter Arsenault, Northstar Project & Real Estate Services

Peter Arsenault
Senior Project Manager
Northstar Project & Real Estate Services

“Peter’s perseverance and hard work in transitioning from construction management to owner’s project management are exemplary. After receiving advice to gain more experience in the life science industry, he diligently expanded his knowledge and returned to Northstar, where he was hired. The expertise he gained has been instrumental in driving Northstar’s expansion into the healthcare field.” - Kirstin Brown, Principal | President at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I was interested in transitioning to the OPM field and after completing numerous life science construction projects, Northstar onboarded me. For the past 3 years, I have represented Takeda Pharmaceutical, Finch Therapeutics and Ambri. In the last year, I was able to support Northstar expanding into the healthcare industry and now represent Boston Children’s Hospital. To improve R&D adjacencies, I am leading the 31,000 s/f TI to deliver flexible lab space for their research development group that is dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of children.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? The most influential people have been my mom and dad. Growing up, they taught me values such as work ethics, problem solving and being a leader. They always supported and encouraged me to follow my dreams and become the best person that I could be, no matter what challenges I had in front of me. I would not be the person, husband, or father I am today without their love and guidance.
