Director of Human Resources
Tecta America NE and WeatherGuard

What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? Coaching and guiding employees is a passion of mine and I find it very gratifying to contribute to others’ professional successes. The AEC industry has some of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals I’ve ever worked with, and as a leader, participating in an employee’s growth motivates me on a daily basis.

Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry? The construction industry is a team effort, and I enjoy working with a group of diverse people with varied skillsets. I joined the industry in 2016 with the goal of working with those who take pride in their work and contribute to their communities. It’s extremely rewarding to know I’m a part of that collaboration.

What are your goals for the future? Serving as a mentor for other women new to the construction field. The AEC industry is full of opportunities for women, and I’m looking forward to working with those who are interested in joining a challenging yet rewarding industry!
