What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? My role as office manager at Jewett Construction Co. allows me to see firsthand the partnership of women in a male-dominated industry. It is pure joy to see my female colleagues hold the same position of assistant project manager, project manager, estimator, project accountant and senior project accountant as their male counterparts. Two of our most recent promotions within our company were to women! Women can offer different perspectives on projects. Women in construction deserve the spotlight!
