What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? Recently I was promoted to assistant project manager at Vantage Builders. This new role has given me the opportunity to take on more responsibility and work on a wider range of projects. I’ve also really enjoyed mentoring new project engineers – it’s been rewarding to share what I’ve learned and support their growth. I’m excited to keep learning and take on new challenges ahead.

If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? The best advice I could give to people who are new to the AEC industry is simply to dive in and be eager to learn. Every experience is an opportunity to pick up something new. Don’t hesitate to ask questions – your team is there to support you. Make time to visit job sites and see firsthand how things are built and how problems are solved. The more real- world exposure you get, the better you’ll understand the work and be able to contribute.
