If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? In my experience, chasing instant success and gratification can often distract from the foundational principles that truly drive long- term success in this business. Early wins can be valuable – they provide momentum and the breathing room to focus on building strong, lasting practices. While success and recognition are certainly motivating, it’s the consistent application of solid business principles that has led to sustained growth for me.

Who has played a pivotal role in your development, and how have they influenced you? Horvath & Tremblay as a whole has had a significant influence on me – not only through the educational resources and collaborative culture but also by witnessing the consistent success of my peers. It’s been a strong reminder that there’s always more to strive for by staying focused on both individual day to day performance and long- term goals. The most successful colleagues I’ve observed are those who remain disciplined in their daily practices. Their consistency over time has been the key to sustaining success and expanding their presence in the market.
