Project Executive
CM&B
What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? I have had the privilege of working on large-scale commercial construction projects overseas. One particularly notable project in Cotai, Macau, was nearly $5 billion and employed an average of 5,000 construction workers over several years. The workforce was primarily composed of local Macanese and mainland Chinese citizens. Contributing to such a significant development, within the local economy, was an incredibly rewarding experience.
What trends or innovations do you believe will shape the future of your field, and how are you positioning yourself (or your firm) to be at the forefront? The future of construction project management is all about smarter technology. BIM 3D modeling is transitioning into 4D, documenting your project is turning into intelligent 3D capturing and design team collaboration is starting to occur in mixed reality settings. We strive to consistently utilize every piece of technology that is available to us and stay open to learning about up-and-coming breakthroughs.
Do you have a hidden talent or a surprising fact about yourself that most people wouldn’t know? I’ve read the Undisputed Truth by Iron Mike Tyson five times. I absolutely love a good boxing match!
