What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? The world of commercial real estate is fast-paced and constantly changing - every day brings something new. I love that you’re never done learning, whether it’s about the industry or the clients you serve. It’s incredibly rewarding to work alongside business and property owners, play a role in their growth stories, and see their wins as they expand, succeed, and reach new goals.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate? Go for it. CRE is challenging, fast-paced, and every day brings something new. Find a mentor or team, absorb everything, and focus on building your niche. Take the coffee meeting, the networking event, the new challenge. Keep investing in yourself - you are your best advocate.
