Looking back at 2025, what deal, project, or key moment best reflected the direction of the New England CRE market this year? The key moment for 2025 was the Trump 2.0 administration, particularly in contrast to the economic approach of the Harris administration, was by far the most impactful event of 2025. It is impossible to more starkly contrast the different approaches for green energy initiatives, federal funding for educational institutions, and immigration policy all had immediate and direct impacts on the New England CRE outlook this year.

What accomplishment or milestone stood out for you or your firm in 2025? Prescott IOS is a company that isn’t yet 3 years old, and 2025 is our first year of gaining clarity on how to best help our Industrial Outdoor Storage tenant and landlord clients throughout New England. We have secured 23 listings this year and are looking forward to bettering the Industrial and IOS community by building tools and a platform that makes our clients lives much easier, simpler, and moves transactions along much faster.
