2025 Year in Review: Matthew Cuneo, NAI Parsons Commercial Group

Matthew Cuneo
Assistant Director - Brokerage
NAI Parsons Commercial Group

What accomplishment or milestone stood out for you or your firm in 2025? In 2025, our firm was able to develop relationships with a few clients that were not just doing business locally, but also throughout the United States. We were able to branch out and provide assistance through our network that allowed a much wider range of deals for us to work on. We specifically had one client that we were able to do around 20 deals with this year and that was a huge success for our firm. Another key accomplishment for our firm is the volume of lease transactions that we were able to do. This year alone our MetroWest team completed over 130 lease transactions and 25 sales.

As you look ahead to 2026, which emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or your market sector? With office market rents continuing to be steady/declining, tenants are continuing to hunt for better deals in the market. This provides our firm with great opportunity, especially in the suburban areas that we focus on because more and more companies are wanting a suburban home for their operations. We also saw the most volume in transactions on the office leasing side of the business this year than any other asset class.
