What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of was taking over a contract to support a project that we were not originally contracted for. The situation called for immediate manpower and materials, requiring my crew and me to be on site 24/7, Friday through Monday, to meet the presented schedule. Through strong teamwork and hands-on execution, we were able to deliver when it mattered most. That effort built lasting trust and led to a strong partnership with the contractor.

Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? Cameron, our regional vice president, has been a key mentor in my career. He emphasized the importance of being a well-rounded leader and understanding all aspects of the business. That mindset has shaped how I lead today, as I focus on mentoring others by exposing them to different areas of the industry, helping build a more well-rounded and dynamic team that can adapt and collaborate effectively across all phases of a project.
