What inspired you to pursue a career in commercial real estate, and what path brought you to your current role? From a young age I have always been interested in construction equipment and building things from the sandbox to Legos as a child and never really strayed away from that path in life. To see that obsession through from a young age and turning it into a career where everyday we are faced with new projects with new problems to solve and overcoming tough issues to bring projects to fruition make it all worthwhile.

Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? I have been fortunate to work with many great industry professionals that have mentored and shaped who I am. Some great advice I have taken away is to not let the work and day to day happenings beat you up as a lot of us take what we do to heart and have great pride in the product being put forward representing our brand.
Another great token of advice has been to ask questions and to learn from past mistakes made and grow towards not making the same mistake twice.
