2026 Women in Construction: Colleen Clark, ARCO National Construction | New England

Colleen Clark
Office Manager/Project Coordinator
ARCO National Construction | NE

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? Reaching seven years with ARCO and 30 years in the industry is something I’m truly proud of. Being part of our office’s growth and seeing how our processes and people have evolved has been incredibly rewarding. I’m grateful to contribute to a team that continues to grow, adapt, and deliver meaningful results for our clients and community.

What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? Don’t underestimate the value you bring to the table. Construction thrives on strong communication, organization, and teamwork. Ask questions, speak up, and be confident in your abilities. This industry rewards dedication and problem-solving, and there is space for women at every level. Build relationships, stay curious, and trust that your perspective makes projects stronger.

What habit or routine helps you stay focused or motivated during a busy week? I start each day with a prioritized to-do list and clear goals.
