What advice or perspective would you share with women building their careers in commercial real estate?
Say yes to everything, even when the timing feels imperfect or the role feels like a stretch, that’s usually where the real growth happens. Every opportunity I have had in my career came from working hard on what was in front of me and saying “yes” to the next opportunity, often opportunities I wouldn’t have seen coming but I’m so grateful that I was given a chance to lean in and try new things along the way.
