What has helped shape the way you approach your work and career?
I began my career in land surveying without a formal education specifically in the field. I earned my degree in Geographic Information Science and Technology and developed my land surveying knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and learning on the job. That journey has taught me to stay curious, ask questions, and be open to learning from others. Four years in, I’ve gained confidence through practical experience, but I’ve also realized I have a lot more to discover. I enjoy taking on challenges, solving problems, and growing in a field I’ve come to love.
