Hancock Associates is made up of talented land surveyors, civil engineers and wetland scientists dedicated to excellence in land development, infrastructure, construction and preservation. We have maintained our position as an industry leader through our investment in exceptional staff, state-of-the-art equipment/technology and the acquisition of multiple land surveying and civil engineering firms and historical survey records dating back to 1852. Since our founding in 1978, we have proudly served clients throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire Connecticut and Rhode Island in a wide range of sectors including academic/education, agriculture, commercial/retail, energy/utilities, entertainment/recreational, environmental. Federal government / municipalities, hazardous waste, healthcare/life sciences, industrial/manufacturing/warehouse, infrastructure/transportation, marine/waterfront, medical, military, non-profit, public, residential and sports/recreation.
