Representing O&G Industries in its 15,471s/f Wallingford, CT office lease was especially rewarding because it highlighted the value of thoughtful tenant representation. The transaction required understanding the client’s priorities, evaluating the financial and practical implications, and negotiating terms that supported its long-term goals. Helping O&G secure the right workplace – and having the deal recognized with a CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals award – was a meaningful professional accomplishment.
