What professional accomplishment or experience are you especially proud of?
One professional accomplishment I am especially proud of was co-leading a $20 million corporate headquarters expansion while serving as senior vice president of human resources & legal in the manufacturing industry. Successfully navigating real estate acquisition, construction, and organizational priorities demonstrated my ability to lead beyond traditional boundaries and deliver meaningful results. More importantly, the experience became a defining career milestone, inspiring my transition into the commercial construction industry and shaping the leader I am today.
