What was your most important professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal or transaction in 2022?
2022 made its mark by bringing new life to development projects that stalled out during the 2008 recession. It’s with a sense of real satisfaction to be in a business that is addressing the need of housing with the added mixed-use component. New London, and Southington, Connecticut are just two of such properties. I was selling broker totaling over $18.45 million in land sales.
Factories - long obsolete and renewed into active communities to live, work and play breathing new life into the center streets of our small towns and big cities, and attracting new residents and businesses for continued growth.
