Every day I am afforded audience with professionals in multiple industries. I get to work on collaborative projects to positively impact quality of life for New Hampshire including healthcare, education, civics, housing and the arts. Identifying industry-leading talent and bringing the right teams together to optimize resources and provide clients with creative solutions to their building challenges. I am always learning from the people I work with at all levels. Seeing the final outcomes of built environments proves accomplishment of the goal. I drive by new buildings and renovation projects I’ve worked on every day and know that I’ve been a part of something lasting.

What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week?

Women in Construction week is a perfect time to consider the benefits of encouraging more women to the conference table and the jobsite. Cultivating and celebrating diversity is an integral part of building rockstar teams. In construction, we contribute to a legacy of collaborative efforts taking shape and impacting community. I believe in the work I do to bring the right attitude and attention to every level of the process. Everyone has an opportunity to learn, teach, encourage and cooperate every day.
