What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? The impactful female leaders who I have had the opportunity to work for have been a driving force behind my success. These women supported my career at various stages and always pushed me to be my best. They not only supported me on a professional level, but also on a personal level; understanding that work-family balance is important for women to succeed in the AEC industry. I have found success in the AEC industry also due to the support from my husband Andrew, who has been my rock and helped manage the responsibilities that are often placed on women.
