What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week? It’s so important to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of women in the construction industry and to foster a culture of respect and equality. I love that WIC week recognizes opportunity for women now and for future generations of girls. It shows them that they can thrive in a traditionally male-dominated field and encourages them to pursue their interests and ambitions without limitations.
