What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months?

A professional achievement in the last 12 months was assisting with overseeing the successful opening of Parkway 1208 located at 1208 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury. Working closely with a talented team, we were able to achieve our goals efficiently. 

What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? 

The driving force behind my success in the industry stems from a combination of passion, perseverance, and a continuous pursuit of learning and growth. This, coupled with a strong work ethic and my dedicated commitment to the exceptional individuals I have the privilege to collaborate with daily. 

What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week? 

My favorite aspect of Women in Construction week is the opportunity it provides to celebrate the contributions and achievements of women. It’s empowering to see women breaking barriers, inspiring others, and bringing diverse perspectives to projects.

What are your goals for the future? 

I look forward to further develop in my leadership skills and contribute to our organization’s growth and success. Additionally, I am committed to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the team in achieving collective goals.

Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry?

An inspiration for pursuing a career within the industry is partially related to my property management focused family. Growing up, instead of bedtime stories, we often had playdates at various residential construction projects. Being immersed in that environment from a young age, positively impacted my passions for, design, architecture and interests in property development/management.
