What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? My ability and willingness to constantly learn from those around me, no matter their title or role. Success in this industry is a team effort, and I wouldn’t be where I am without the support and knowledge of my peers.

Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry? Before working in the construction industry, I worked in finance and commuted into the city daily by train. Along my route, a building was under construction, and I loved watching the tangible progress being made over time until the project was complete. The desire to be part of something like that, combined with my experience working construction with my dad in the summer, encouraged me to take the leap!
